After learning that Google’s next Pixel 10 will not have Samsung modems, now the technology giant wants boost Pixel customization by expanding the possibilities it already offers in the lock screen interface.
With the deployment of iOS 16 on iPhones, Apple gave more importance to the lock screen of its phones and almost forced it to Google had to get its act together and do the same on your Pixel. In fact, in a short time you could enjoy a series of new features such as wallpaper with generative AI and a greater variety of clock styles.
Now Google wants to include more options so that the user can customize the lock screen with a large number of possibilities that Android 14 already provided when it was deployed on the Pixel.
There were a total of nine watch styles and color options for lock screen. The options varied from the possibility of going for monochrome, selecting one of the wallpaper colors to be the main one of the interface or choosing one of the colors predefined by the Pixel.
The technology giant did not want to forget even a generous detail by offering the possibility of expand the size of the clock widget and thus embroider an experience that will now be expanded when a series of new options appear in the code of the new Android 15 QPR2 update.
